Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 21 days of receiving your item and will be automatically issued with store credit. You can use your store credit to purchase any item from our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

It is HIGHLY recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for returning your item to us (eg Registered or Express Post). We will not be held accountable for items lost in the mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note - we only refund items if the product purchased is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please select your artwork carefully.

Shipping

Our artwork is shipped by courier. You will be required to sign for your delivery on receipt

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 1-2 days depending on which state you live in (we ship from Melbourne, Victoria)

International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 7-14 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is.

International Orders

Yes, our artwork is able to be shipped outside Australia. International shipping costs are not calculated at checkout. Please contact me for a postage quote based on your address.

Please note that all international customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties/charges on any imports. Please contact your customs office to confirm the relevant requirements for your area.
